Meditation

A lot of people on HE have mentioned meditation, and it’s something I haven’t ever really being exposed to. I’ve thought about trying it at times, but to be honest, I don’t understand it all. Is it different from laying in bed at night just thinking about whatever?

meditation is a great relaxation tool. there are many types of meditation but most commonly you sit or lay in a comfortable position with proper posture and focus on your breathing. the goal is to quiet and lessen the thoughts in your head. to give yourself time to just be, and connect with the universe.
