Research has proven that mindfulness meditation can reduce psychological stress and increase overal well-being. However, there has to be done much more research in this field to make it a more suitable and reliable tool for people that need mental healthcare.
I believe these tools can really help healthy and non-healthy people and I hope that I am able to make easy to use and interactive tools for people to use in mental healthcare.
Right now I am researching mindfulness meditation programs for my bachelor thesis. I am not doing this for self-promotion. I am doing this because I believe there are more simple and effective ways to help people in mental healthcare.
