I have been a member of this site for a while and one of the things that I enjoyed the most was our monthly challenges. I may not have joined some of them but i wouldn’t mind having them again. Doing it with other people made me more motivated to do the whole thirty days without quitting too early or quitting before the finish line. I may not be the best or the most punctual person, however, when I try hard enough, I go above and beyond what I should.
A few challenge ideas:
Keep a thought journal.
Write your dreams down every morning for 30 days.
Spend five minutes focusing on your breath every day.
Keep a laughter journal. Write down one thing a day that made you really laugh hard.
Wake up at 6am to meditate every morning
These are only a few ideas that I have. I have a ton more and if y’all have some that would be really helpful. Hopefully, you all consider maybe doing a challenge for the month of June. Vote on something or combine challenges.
