Let’s talk about morning routines. A good morning routine is a key habit of a master. How you begin your day determines how the rest of the day goes. A great morning routine leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed and focused. A great life begins with a great morning. My routine is:
7:00 Wake up. Make breakfast, an awesome smoothie with almonds, coconut milk, blueberries, various other berries, hempseed, protein powder and some other stuff.
7:15 Take care of oral hygiene, shave and pick out some clothes.
7:30 Tibetan rites, 6×21, followed by ~15 minutes of meditation. After that I go out for a run, and then take a cold shower.
8:30 Review my goals and set the coordinates for my day.
It makes it very easy to stay on the right track, and it totally removes all wasted days from my life.

06.00: I wake up,
06.00-06.05: I clean my bed and stretch.
06.05-06.15: Take a quick shower (possibly also shaving). Brush my teeth.
06.15-06.17: Put on clothes.
06.17-06.27: Eat breakfast.
06.27: Making the last little things. Putting the meal box + protein shaker in my bag, etc.
06.30: Head out..
