Need good advice

Man that’s a shitty situation. Would you be open to talking to either her or your boss? Just tell her you don’t feel comfortable with the way you’re being treated. But I’d understand if you don’t wanna do that.. Sometimes that can make things worse. Your second option is to fire back at her. Don’t take any shit, and see how that goes. She might back down cause she sounds like a bully. 

But that’s definitely not a fun predicament, so I’m sorry you’re in that situation

I’ve been in a similar situation as well. I found that politely calling the issue out was my best course of action.  The key word there is *politely*.  Don’t try to out-rude a person who has a lot of experience at being rude.

Just ignore her. She is being childish so treat her like that, eventually she will stop.

The next time she does something like that, put on a caring face and say something like “I don’t know what troubles you are going through but do you want to talk about it?” Make sure that there are people nearby who can hear what you said. Ask the same question everytime she is rude to you, and let us know how it goes :)

Go to HR. They will keep it confidential. neither your manager nor that person will know who complained. There are so many rules at workplace. No need for fear! NEVER FEAR. Fuck that person.. life is short, you want to live it like a pussy? good luck :)

you outperform her, build alliances with everyone else and eventually the boss. Once your favored over her you slowly bring her shittyness to everyone’s awareness until everyone hates her

This is a very tough situation and there’s been quite a lot of replies giving good advice. It’s easy for us to tell you what you should do when we’re just facing a computer screen. Whatever response you decide to choose will take a lot of courage, which will build your character and influence how your colleagues see you.

You need to stand up to this bully. Talk with your co-workers that also seem to be put in that situation, you might not be alone. As the other replies have said, don’t do it in a negative way. She’s probably a very experienced rude person. Be kind but firm and confident (fake it until you make it).
