@jushinliger, Hold on man! First week is the most difficult! Second week will be easier, although you will probably get a day that you will be fucking horny, but just do something else, distract yourself, and it will pass. After that it will be a piece of cake! Good luck!

Ok guys. I got through last night without masturbating. On Day 5 now, and I have this feeling like the first person I see I’m going to punch in the face. Ok. Luckily I got through the day and got in a good workout and did some grocery shopping. The only thing I’m worried about now is when I got to bed. Like I mentioned before, ever since I was young. I always thought about sex to get to sleep. I started masturbating to get to sleep when I was 23. What do you guys recommend to get to sleep?

Started this on January 1st along with kegels every other day. I’ve also been ending all my showers with really cold water for a long time now. Sometimes I’ll get really horny, but nothing I can’t overcome, plus the kegels seem to offer some kind of release.

As to why and how the kegels: I’m doing them to train for multiple orgasms. Every odd day I’ll do ((30+day of the month short kegels)+1 for as long as I can hold it)x3. Have you guys ever done something like this? M

I’m hoping that after these 30 days I can start training for multiple Os, either with a girl or alone, and eventually master this so well that I only ejaculate when I want to instead of with every orgasm.

I have been on noFap 3 times. You can’t see as a failure but a way to see and feel yourself. There isn’t another thing, no miracles. The first time I made 98 day, after of two weeks of fapping(without porn) I made more 80-90 days and until one week ago I made 75 days +/-. The one the changed my view of myself was the first one.

THe next that I’m trying it’s multiple orgams but in another way.

@dreday, I’m not sure why everyone else is doing this, but I’ve done this type of challenge in the past for numerous reasons.

*It stirs stuff up for me, allowing me the opportunity to become more self-aware
*I become more intentional with my communication
*It gives me the space to develop new habits and experiment with the way I release tension
*I wanna see what happens

That being said, the 24 hours is unpleasant.

@vasco, You should probably up the ante on those kegels.
I do 100 quick ones, 50 5sec ones (with 1 or 2 sec between each) followed by holding one for a least a minute. I’ve been doing this daily for almost two years and it works really well.

You might also wanna strengthen your abs and thighs if you’re not already working out, it helps a lot with the multiples and retention.

Remember breathing correctly too, deeply slowly, so that it cools your body down and loosens the pressure. Exhalation is the most important, and most people don’t do it right, ideally exhalation is longer than inhalation.
A nice distraction trick is to focus on the point where your jawbone connects to the skull, I don’t know why it works but it works really good. You probably won’t need this on your own, but when you’re with a girl you’ll probably need a bit of distraction like this.

Also, endurance in general helps a lot. Jelqing is great for this, and of course lots of sex helps a lot too.
