Origin of Life

Is luck a credible deduction for the origin of life? Apart from God, can you think of any other reasonable explanation?

What is more important? The question or the answer?

@michaelheyn, Life cannot NOT emerge. It is required in order for anything and everything else to exist and therefore is an inevitable result of the probabilistic nature of reality. Life and existence itself is, has always been, and always will be, because this is the most probable outcome.

@chodebalm If you’re saying that life is the base for everything else that exists and nothing can exist without life, how did life begin?

@michaelheyn, You live in a world where cause comes before effect, so it is difficult to imagine something not having a cause. But if quantum mechanics has taught us anything, it’s that not every dimension of reality has to follow the same rules. Check this out: http://everythingforever.com/ywexist.htm
