Origins of 'the First' Civilizations – Could Hyperdiffusionism be True?

I’ve been reading a bit about prehistoric (pre-History) civilizations, like Atlantis, Mu, etc.  A great deal of it seems pretty plausible suggesting- there might’ve been a highly advanced civilization in Antarctica that then splintered into seeds, later giving rise to notable first civilizations like in Çatalhöyük, Mesopotamia, Mesoamerica and the like.

Authors suggest common origin myths, similar archetype organizing and development, and even dare to suggest such unscientific postulates like: maybe the Great Pyramids in Egypt, and/or Sphinx have been developed by civilizations dating back to around 10,000 B.C.E., or the ‘Age of Leo.’

I don’t totally buy into ‘the Precession of Equinoxes’ as they are human constructions. but what are you’re all’s thoughts on prehistoric ‘first’ civilizations, the supposed development of humankind and hyperdiffusionism (origins from a single unique cosmopolitan), and the Precession?
