I’ve been studying the pineal gland and I was just looking for other peoples takes on it. I have learned that almost everyone’s pineal gland is calcified by the age of twelve due to the consumption of flouride in the water supply and in tooth paste. I have also been trying to reverse the effects (decalcify/detox) by drinking a table spoon of Spirulina, Chorella, and Wheat Grass every night (have been doing so for about three months now) I did take table spoons of Magnesium Citrate and Citric Acid but that got too expensive now I just take Magnesium Citrate pills (two daily). I have completely stopped consuming flouride and anything with mercury in it or soft metals. I’m not sure if your pineal gland has to decalcified to be awakened because I’m almost positive mine was already awakened due to this shroom trip I had which was when I meditated for the first time (during the trip). Feel free to comment!
agree with everything you said, i as well take supplements to decalcify it, i would like to add that refined sugars also add to calcification! mine was also awakened by a trip. i had no idea it existed till afterwards though. now when i meditate i literally imagine as a third eye opening and looking around lol might be silly but it works for me, also noticed since ive started stimulating it, colors pop so much more!!
First of all, I highly doubt you have stopped consuming fluoride. It’s in almost everything. Even when you take a shower you absorb it. The best you can do is minimize your consumption of it.
The only true way to avoid fluoride would be to live on your own land where you cultivate and grow all of your own food. The only way to remove fluoride from water is via distillation or reverse osmosis.
The fluoride ion is extremely reactive and strongly attracted to calcium. Its preference for calcium overrides its attraction to other ions. In nature, fluoride is most often bound to calcium. When fluoride is added to water in the sodium form, it is only a matter of time before the sodium is exchanged for calcium. When sodium fluoride is ingested, it rapidly robs the body of calcium. In fact, sodium fluoride poisoning results when calcium is stolen from the blood. The anecdote (calcium) makes enough calcium available so that it does not have to be stolen from the body.
Fluoride is not an essential nutrient and no amount of fluoride is necessary in the human body.
That being said, what you’re doing to try to detoxify your pineal gland is great. It certainly can’t hurt your chances. Keep doing what you’re doing!
@martijn, Not exactly, just research it I bet you’ll find some, but flouride is attracted to the pineal gland along with the soft metals in food. Their are pictures of a white spot in the middle of the brain witch is the the calcified pineal gland, they check for tumors by checking if it is off center.
@martijn, Don’t be a cock.
Try having everything you eat be really, really clean. Like coming out of a reflective bag clean. Get spring water, or find the best filtration system you can. Eat the best herbs, they love your glands. Bacopa is cool, holy basil and turmeric and stuff like that. SALT. Minerals are key, get some himalayan or real clean stuff.
Basically just everything clean, clean, clean. Treat your body like a fucking formula 1 car, get obsessive. The results are worth, literally, probably as much as you’re making now if you have a yob.
You can’t put a price on being super-human.
@mikedvs15, I don’t like it, personal preference. It is better than no cacao, but if I was going really high-end I would negate that stuff. It is also like 18 bucks a pound whereas you can get stuff online (easily) that is (again in the author’s opinion) in a whole different ballpark for around $13.
ELF’s tastes quite chocolatey, while some are more bitter-tasting.
I’m still highly skeptical about fluoride being the cause of the calcification. The only statement that is supposedly from some sort of research which I’ve seen from the mentioned website states “… calcification has been shown in one small study to correlate with the accumulation of fluoride.” I just need more proof than this. Can anyone give me a reference to some study that’s able to prove this claim?
@season, Please refrain from name calling next time. I have a genuine interest in these matters, yet have never heard of it before. So don’t put my question of where this information comes from down just because you find it true for yourself. Rather direct me to the some sources so I can make up my mind myself, or offer information about the functional mechanisms. What you do now is far from constructive.
@martijn, I read the paper on this a while ago and it was sketchy methods, sketchy science.
To everyone else:
They said that calcium within the brain was deemed calcification – which it is not. Calcium is necessary for many functions in the brain.
The study tried to make the claim (without actually making the claim) that the pineal gland was a solid chunk of calcium. Literally impossible for a living, functioning organism.
There was a correlation with increase in calcium, but the levels were so high, that I could not help but laugh. There was some error in the measurements somewhere, or something…
Nobody really knows the use of the pineal gland. All the DMT, consciousness, and other stuff related to the pineal gland is occult fiction at the moment, until further investigated. Very little is known about it.
“Pineal glands contain a number of things including Pinealocytes in many non-mammalian vertebrates have a strong resemblance to the photoreceptor cells of the eye.”

“Dr. Rick Strassman, while conducting research on the psychedelic dimethyltryptamine (DMT) in the 1990s at the University of New Mexico, advanced the controversial hypothesis that a massive release of DMT from the pineal gland prior to death or near death was the cause of the near death experience (NDE) phenomenon.
Several of his test subjects reported NDE-like audio or visual hallucinations. His explanation for this was the possible lack of panic involved in the clinical setting and possible dosage differences between those administered and those encountered in actual NDE cases.
Several subjects also reported contact with ‘other beings’, alien like, insectoid or reptilian in nature.”

kind of makes me wonder if reptiles could be holding some very important secrets haha
