Post-molly balancing

Any good ways to balance yourself after taking mollies? It’s been about 5 days since I’ve taken them, however I’m still feeling “off” mentally.
Not sure if its a combination of too much school/work and not enough focusing on myself.
However I went to a yoga class this evening and I feel like it really helped. I’ve also been eating lots of good brain foods (kale, spinach, almonds, avocado) and taking calcium.
Any other suggestions would be much appreciated!

Buy some supplements, 5 htp or Rhodiola Rosea. They’re both helpful in boosting mood, serotonin melatonin and stuff.

I don’t have a quick fix, but I was definitely still feeling the effects of my roll days after. I dosed on Friday night and I think yesterday was the first day I didn’t feel any reverb from the stuff.

I actually would just suggest not jacking your food choices up too badly and getting rest and water. Let everything stabilize.

Not many people have the ability to feel these simultaneously, let alone feel it at all.

Molly has also been researched to help people suffering from PTSD, and been administered in use with therapy as an assistant to those struggling with deep demons.

Molly is a decent drug in moderation.

Just every techno tit pops way too much of it and ruins their receptors and lives, and then obviously bad publicity hits the shitters and everyone thinks it’s a kiiller.
