Project X

The first thing i thought when i saw that movie.. (other than HELLYES), was that the movie itself was going to push our generation to amp up the party scene. It sets a new level of sheer madness to be reached in our typical social gatherings that happen all the time, especially right about now.

Sure enough, theres been a huge rise of mansion parties around here. Absolute madness. Exactly as you would imagine it.
Its pretty damn cool.

The party i was at the other night was at a 10million dollar mansion with its own estate and private gate, the cops couldnt even get in! We went for days. Its probably still going now lol. A/C outSIDE, fountians in the pool, people everywhere.
I love it.

And the after parties spawning from these crazy mansion parties popping up are for the history books.

Anyone else been to any project X reenactments, or seen any rise in parties lately?

sadly where I love only very few people have that kind of money because we have a very big redistributor in our government. That is to say we have really high taxes. On the onther hand I never have to worry about getting sick or broke – the government takes care of me ^^
but I would still really like to try that shit! haha :D

Rather party outdoor somewhere gorgeous with perfect weather than in a huge mansion.

Idk ive been to alot of parties in my day, and other than concert level events, nothing beats a good mansion party.

People have been renting them out for parties in the rich areas around here. Its lead to alot of crazy stories traveling through the grapevine, loads more groups of people meeting up from complete opposite sides of the state, a drop in prices of almost every local black market trade, and ontop of pleanty of arrests, theres even been afew deaths.

People are going harddd lol.

Just went to Paradiso man. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyHvF39xp_0

Two days of straight up binge drinking and smoking. SO insane. Although my friend is now in the hospital…besides that, it was amazing.

Not sure the movie itself will raise the bar, but it will definitely be raised naturally over time. I bet my kids will be fucking nuts.

Personally I think this is kind of fucked up.

The rise in impromptu communities is just another reminder of how everyone is so ready for change, @mikeyw829, what do you think is fucked up about it?
I personally love it. But it’s defiantly not for everyone. Especially people whocant hold their liquor. ;D

It looks interesting from a viewer’s perspective. But it’s kind of obvious that a party where isn’t much talent spend, but instead wasted is a sign of epic nonsense.
