all too often i find myself on this roller coaster ride of emotions granted I am a student at university. The workload takes a toll on not only my emotions but my health as I put most things that i find stress-relieving aside to either get school work done or just relax and not do anything.
Do any of you have or at any point had similar fluctuations of emotions throughout university?
