Really want to naturally access LSD world

G’day all. wondering if anyone could give me any info about how to access the energy world we experience when on LSD, Mushrooms extra. obviously not a full trip or anything just want to be able to focus in on things like clouds, trees, animals, people and see what i have seen before to a small extent. i have been trying mediation. any other tips.

Honestly the only thing to do because meditation will only give you so much, for it is mostly for inner peace. The only other thing to do is to make the best out of what you see and just take in the life that is you every moment of every day. If you read into it psychedelics are the best way to get in touch with nature.

@swanba, dis-identify with your mind and from the constant need to label, categorize, and judge everything around you. It deadens your experience of life and makes everything a lifeless hell. Realize you and your thoughts are two separate things. Not as a belief (that would just be going through the back door), but as an experiential realization.

How do you do this? Focus, relentlessness, determination.

Stop doing the things that are distracting you from facing your feelings and deep fears. Look around you and see how most people’s live are based around avoiding their subconscious fears through incessant distraction and numbing, and see how you do this in your own life.

Stop looking for an experience. That seems to be a big problem on this site. Be in whatever experience you’re in as fully as you can, and embrace everything that’s is happening right now because it could not be any other way.

The easiest way to do this in my opinion is to follow your breath whenever you can. Eventually you start sensing vibrations in the body, and the world just starts changing for you. Not externally, but internally.

Realize your state of mind is not dependent on external conditions. Homeostasis can be achieved in the body regardless of what’s going on around you.
