3 or 4 months later Japanese scientists were making a robot which has intelligent like human! robots will have this ability to remember anything beside identify people………
Now whats your idea, will robots take place of human in near future?

@aalia,

I think they already have :) The robots who run this country and only care for systems of control and monetization. Intellectual beings who process and control information, but don’t really feel anything. Give a robot a soul, some how give it the ability to feel, let it try to make sense of the things you can’t know or logically comprehend, but only feel. Until then, robots will never surpass a “human being”. Where robots calculate and come to the conclusion that there’s no point or reason to move forward, humans I think will always feel the need to move forward no matter the circumstances. I guess hope in a sense.

@monkeyzazu, yes! they cannot feel but they tell truth and can remember anything while human don’t follow it sometimes. robots are able to do everything while they don’t need to eat like humans.

@aalia,

Ya know, I never took into account the matrix movies…

If robots ever get to that level of intelligence and complexity, I could see an over throw in power. We would try to make them the best they could be, we would abuse them like we do with everything else, they would turn on us, and finally take control away from us.

I wonder what we would do if we ever got to that point. Would we realize that we shouldn’t make the robots that advance and cap off at a certain level or intelligence, or put some kind of failsafe in them?

@monkeyzazu, i know it that one day we are gonna understand it was our big mistake by making robots like i saw in I,robot movie and on that day we must to
extirpate them otherwise there will be no other solution…

@aalia,

What if you think of robots in the same way you think of people? Say we create an intelligent robot. Something that can function by itself, interact with other organisms, remember and learn. Now compare making a robot to making a baby. When you make a baby you understand the potentials it has and you have the responsibility to raise and teach it. If you don’t teach it how to act and behave around others, it could eventually become a little chaotic, becoming dangerous and harmful to others. When this happens we eventually eliminate people like this, but we have trials to make sure its “justified”.

I guess where I’m getting at is if we ever decide that the robots are too intelligent and pose a threat to us, I don’t think we could just ever annihilate them without the same form of trial or justice we give to people. They are our own creations, but at that level they would have a sense of life and freewill to them.

Reminds me of the Ghost in the shell series. Putting our consciousness into an inorganic body.

Im writeing a book with the main antagonist trying to control the world, in essense. Originally he planned on makeing a genetically,robotically inhanced army. Armies in fact. Then selling them to other countires for a lot of money $ then in the middle of the war, when he has all the money in the world, he would regain control of these bionic people and turn on the nations to become more wealthy.
If some one had the drive and resourses, this is one way advanced robotics might some day be used [email protected],

@aalia,

i’m seeing it being more like we replace our natural internal mechanics with robotics, it being a means to immortality

@tine, yes of course, may be one day world’s most powerful countries will use robots instead of humans in their wars.. Japan’s some jail use robots as guard to control it instead of human. this robots never let prisoners to fight with each other and donot let them to make noises in jail…

@aalia, I believe that we will never be able to reproduce the human brain.

First reason is: we do not even know ourselves how it works, so how can we reproduce something we lack sufficient data of?

Second of all: it is so complex and there are so many factors influencing it, that I believe there cannot be anything artificial reproducing all qualities. The fact that I believe you cannot create a machine that will experience feelings and emotions in the way we human beings do.

Maybe we can come close, say 99,99999%, but I believe we will never be able to fully for 100% create artificial brains. (I am not talking about cloning here)

@filipek, You just said you don’t know yourself too well. After which you stated from your own lack of knowing – no one else can.

And then you used the word “fully” just right after you said you have no idea what fully is.

I seriously think you’re a moron.

@aalia, I have unfortunately a sinister view on this. In my eyes I see a future where it begins with toy robots, moves to robotic animals and finally robotic slaves in your home. After which a button will be pressed in some mansion by a lifeless human this, in turn will activate the “control the humans” response in the robots and we will be under house arrest. I know, I know… but technically possible with the whole new world order and all that. Now on the other side… maybe robotics will be used for the benefit of mankind, to alleviate our work so we may be free to advance as a civilization but well.. I’m not holding my breath..

@aalia,

hate to be in that Japanese jail if there was some sort of malfunction…

I wanna say there is nothing in this world which is 100% complete, in a way they will be like us cause in Japan scientists made artificial brain who works like human brain.this brain can save everything,can remember anything that happen in the past… so we can say its like our brain and they want to use it in robots.
