@ijesuschrist, Great talk. Thanks for the link! Have you got any insight or links on how to go about actually taking part in an ayahuasca experience?

Good talk. Reconfirms a lot of what I’ve experienced with Aya, including the resistance to stopping my abuse of cannabis haha. But I agree with him, it’s important that we face our issues in due time and treat these plants more sacredly.

Here’s a pretty interesting documentary on Ayahuasca and a few people who experienced its changes.

The place has recently had an incident where someone at the ceremony wasn’t cared for correctly or responsibly by the shaman and resulted in the death of a young 18 year old.

You can read the statement here;

@ijesuschrist, @ojai, Yeah that was a good talk. The Ibogain treatment is supposedly very similar to ayahuasca but easier to understand. I dont know personally though. I think it would be worthwhile to find out though..

@ijesuschrist, This is by far one of the best Ted talks I’ve watched. Thank you very much!

@ijesuschrist, Don’t know if I actually to care to watch this.

I haven’t done the drug yet and I don’t think I want to sit and listen to some ‘intellectual’ trying to label and organize the experience – might just lead me beat the shit out of the next doctor looking mother fucker hopping out of a $60,000 SUV at the mall.

@winslow, I have used both. Iboga is more inwardly focused and yes maybe a little clearer. as where Aya is more outwardly focused.

@danfontaine, Graham Hancock is not a normal ‘intellectual.’ He is educated but is very much off the path of the norm. If you do not wish to watch this, I do suggest you check out some other videos of Graham Hancock. Although I do strongly urge you to watch this video Mckenna and Hancock are, in my opinion, the leaders in educating about these substances.

Aya is not a drug it is a medicine, as is Iboga and should be used as so. get educated before hand if your going to use.

@danfontaine, Whats your deal? You used to be useful in discussions, now you seem to want to bog down every post with either passive-aggressive attitude, or make some poetry that strains to connect to the OP.

Its a fucking video, watch it or don’t I don’t give a fuck

Dan (890) (@danfontaine) 8 years, 9 months ago ago

@ijesuschrist, You don’t what my deal is? Well then I guess there is no hope for me.

I’m going to watch the fucking video fuck you.

@emiliora, I transform from time to time, is that transgression or is that pure movement?

[Hidden]
Dan (890) (@danfontaine) 8 years, 9 months ago ago

@emiliora, I suppose you need more context to derive any sort of analysis, but let me tell you this:

I do what I do what I do what I say I do.
