today i was walking on huge cold windy lonely beach at the north sea. trying to open and open myself without thoughts. letting them all blow out of my head. trying to find a grain of stillness in the movement of my inner ocean.
it sounds easier than it is. but perhaps it is so simple we make it difficult.
@stonedragon21, Exactly, there is nothing to be done when you are resting into life. It is SO simple. Not even without thoughts, rather watching them as they pass. Thoughts are fine, its just the attachment to the thoughts that cause the issues.
