The 15 minute challenge.
Something which I have seen others mention, and which I have felt at times myself, is the feeling that you have an overwhelming number of things to do, and just don’t know where to begin.
And so, I present to you the 15 minute challenge.
-Pick a number of activities, say between 2 and 6, and assign 15 minutes of time to them each day. To get the most benefit try and pick things you have been struggling to make a habit, or something new you have been meaning to learn.
-Decide how long you want to do it, maybe a week or month. Feel free to switch it up every week if you don’t enjoy something, or if something becomes habit.
-You could also add more activities, but what may happen is you find you go over your 15 minutes. And if you do, that’s awesome.
This could be a great way to form good habits, and to also try and figure out exactly what it is you enjoy doing. But 15 minutes isn’t really overwhelming at all. So who’s with me?

@siantastic, This is a really cool idea. At first I read the 2-6 ideas part and thought to myself “Oh god, that’s a lot of things. I don’t even do that many things on a regular basis.” Then I realized that NOT doing more than a few different things regularily (other than the internet) is the problem. And hey, like you said, 15 minutes isn’t all that bad.
What activities have you been up to? I haven’t thought of much
@cuckody, @ehsan, Awesome, I’m glad you’re gonna give it a shot.
@rainclouder, Yeah, you’re not necessarily going to enjoy everything you try, or be all that good at first but you’ve got to at least try right :) I have been learning guitar, learning German, and spending at least 15 minutes a day clearing out my house and selling shit. The last one isn’t really a habit…but it’s going to help me in the long run.
