I’ve been listening to a lot of Jeff Buckley, Bob Dylan etc. and I want to expand upon these horizons of sound. I’m looking for some new frisson inducing music. My idea of music in this category would be Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley, Thirteen by Danzig, Something by The Beatles, Heroes by David Bowie, pretty much anything by Morrissey, Solution-Burn It! by Sons Of An Illustrious Father, and many more really… I know these examples are varied, but i’m open to all suggestions!
Any suggestions would be nice :)

the cinematic orchestra
Fat freddy’s drop
soap kills
foster the people
Angus and julia stone
porcupine tree
the last shadow puppets
El ten eleven
Franz Ferdinand

Ooh, nice. Hallelujah is my favorite song for.. 8 years now. Well, let’s see! I’d recommend listening to OASIS, and their b-sides, (not the popular ones) they just made a lot of awesome music and are not to be overlooked. Take a listen to that one. Right now! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_DUtxXc3PQ
