In the dimension of truths, a problem existed.
Everyone believed there was only one truth.
In a sense, they were correct.
There was only one truth.
Each being arrived in the dimensions of truths, with a truth, their truth.
Their inherent and distinctive vision spread from a seed, unfolding throughout their lives. Through the nature of subjectivity, the only possible reality in the dimension of truth, their vision was in fact, incomparable.
It was their particular vision, their truth.
In the beginning, with very few beings exhibiting the ability to express truths, it was easy. As time passed, more and more beings appeared with this truth expressing skill.
Accordingly, when the simplicity expanded, truth expressing grew exceedingly complicated.
In the meantime, the dimension of truths continued doing its thing, evolving and creating itself.
This evolution was facilitated by the beings emerging and adding their truths. These individual truths changed the canvas that was existence or the totality of truths. The canvas was an abstraction and had no plan.
As each being came and went, placing their truth, the canvas grew larger. It was a work of art. It was a painting, a story, an opus, limitless, infinite. There were no boundaries to be found and the opus kept stretching, transmuting evermore intricate melodies.
In comparison the beings materialized packaged in boundaries, governed by finite constrictions.
One might imagine this would be a problem but it wasn’t; that part of it was a perfect balance.
What became a problem was that each being’s truth when compared to another being’s truth never matched exactly. There was ever a difference. The more truths that were placed on the canvas, the more mismatches ensued.
The beings began bickering and arguing. After all, each being knew their truth to be true. That they knew this, was accurate. Their own individual truth could not be denied.
Unfortunately, doubt crept into their faith because their truth differed from another’s truth; how could differing truths continue to be true? Either theirs or another’s truth was wrong. In the illusion of duality, truths conflict. It did not occur to them that this was a fallacy created by comparison.
Their confidence in their truths shaken, they searched for proof through debate and war.
The bickering and arguing deepened into hatred and violence. Soon if a being’s truth conflicted with another’s, their intense hatred that their truth was challenged, drove them to kill each other. Doubt blocked their natural truth expression and they felt confused, lost.
From every corner in the dimension one could hear the yelling, the shouting, “My truth is correct! Your truth is wrong”. The beings were very unhappy.
In the intimacy of each being, the desire to fulfill their purpose throbbed in anguish. Their need to place their truth on the dimension’s masterpiece pulsed in their veins. They would shove and pull each other out of the way; an effort to prevent the other’s conflicting truth from being recorded on the canvas therefore belying their own truth.
They couldn’t see that each truth was true. Even if the truths conflicted with each other, it did not matter, their individual truth was true for them.
Individually everyone was right.
In comparison, everyone was wrong.
One day, a being disengaged from the others and went into its aloneness. As it sat alone, away from the duality, it came to an understanding.
“I know if I compare my truth it is wrong since that is what the others say. I have thought and thought and presently as I think not, I see my truth clearly. Out of respect for my truth I am going be courageous and have faith.”
It stopped seeking approval and bloomed in its truth.
@greunie, It’s all a game, one has to be resting in awareness and not in their own protected beliefs to see so. Unfortunately, most are so caught up in their beliefs to see the truth in EVERYTHING. it is all truth since this is all there is. Nowhere to go, nothing to do besides be where you already are. Cheers :)
@nakedape, Truth is a concept. God is a concept. Pretty much everything you can think of is a concept. You make and break the rules that govern these concepts. If you want to treat some as the same or all as the same, it does not matter, all the established rules are solid and real for you. Furthermore they cannot exist without you, and you cannot separate yourself from them because you as God and truth are also a concept. The TRUTH is beyond concepts and cannot be expressed. The mind can only work with concepts, hence the paradox and the need to define concepts upon concepts some more :) Happy living.
@nakedape, If that’s your truth, I would not dispute it. How could I deny your view? And what does it matter? If you have your truth and treat others kindly, isn’t that enough? Perceptions are subjective as Quantum physics have shown… for the moment anyway. Who knows? Tomorrow a scientist somewhere could suddenly discover something and poof! Everything we think is right now could be not.
