The "elite"

YHVH (@spaceghost) 8 years, 8 months ago

I don’t see the topic brought up much here. What does everyone think about the nameless elite and the new world order? Are they trying to restore Atlantis? Is it Lucifer winning the battle? Is it the masculine perception dominating? I have a feeling it’s all of that and much more.

The only power the elite have is the power we give them. They are just like you or me, they are products of our system, the best game players.

@peaceriot, Simplified about what I am saying but true.
The elite not only have the best economic and financial advisors but they also have the best shrinks in town. The elite are ravenous animals, just like the rest of us, but they “play the game” the best. Then they open their wallets for sex and drugs, you think their psychiatrist may have something to say about that? I’d wager they do.
These elite are buying up not only the most sound fiscal advice but also the most sound psychological advice. Shrinks do well to make sure they don’t drop any bombs that would ruin their clients “game play” ability, but the variable is that human minds put things together themselves, you do not need to be told the answer is 2, you just need to realize the sum is 1+1.

When you have it all yet still find yourself lacking, you begin to ask questions. Most never find the answer, well before now they couldn’t but now they have access to information on a level never before available. Information that was once denied them by others, but now only they can deny themselves it, but human will is not designed to resist, that is why truth is hidden.

There is will and then there is discipline, as different as knowledge and wisdom.

@trek79, yeah you`re right, the psychopathic nihilists at the top are starting to realize there is a better way, the evidence is all around us.

There’s a guy thousands of miles away who thinks that his money and status gives him power over people like me. And they call him elite.

Stand up comedy, straight to your living room.

“I don’t trust you, but I trust your greed.”

Speaking of an Elite class is okay, but speaking of Arch Nemesis that wants to destroy all humanity… Just kill yourself. @moonglade is right. No matter what people’s living conditions are they’re still going to search for their own personal anti-heroes.

@whowhatwhy, Psychopathic Nihilist is a contradiction of terms. Psychopaths are generally not stupid, they know how to gain for themselves, no matter who you are; if you want something then there is one best way to get it, a way that doesn’t burn your bridges.
Real Nihilists are no threat, they don’t want anything because they have a dissolved sense of purpose, they have no motive to harm or help anyone or themselves.

When people see others with more money than them they think the only way they got their was through a scam and that they are automatically against them. In reality these people couldn’t give two shits about you.

Think to yourself.

Who are these elite? Are they people who have more money than you in general? Is it the government? Is it a secret conspiracy?

Now think what are they trying to do?

Make sure you don’t get money? Seeking to brainwash you? Achieve world domination?

There may or may not be a unified elite that is out to rule humanity, but either way we are still
being lied to by the government and then we have all these distractions thrown into our faces so we don’t realize the truth. The people have a lot more power than the government tells us we do but for the most part people are more concerned with their favorite TV show than on speaking their mind and making their voice heard. Also there’s the federal reserve system which the former CEO said in an interview is above all levels of the government.
To the people just saying that you should live your life to the max and ignore the elite, I disagree. We have a moral responsibility to speak out against oppression even more so when some people don’t realize they are being oppressed. Ignoring the Global elite doesn’t give them any power but it also doesn’t help take away the power they have.
Conspiracy theorists get a bad rep because of the media, which is a tool of the Elite, and its spread a stereotype about how were all crazy nut jobs. Last week Billy Corgan from The Smashing Pumpkins was talking to Alex Jones and the next day there was a bunch of headlines reading Billy Corgan’s strange infatuation with a Conspiracy Theorist. There was no mention of the concise and important ideas he brought to the interview.
In conclusion the power must be returned to the people and when the people who know the truth chose to do nothing then it won’t ever happen.

@whowhatwhy, Seriously, when a psychopath does things that anger people, things that make others want to harm, stop or even kill them, then this is more stupidity on the behalf of the psychopath, stupidity is the enemy of the psychopath, not the psychopathic tendencies.

@thunderfeet, I say: True freedom is in self-control, nothing more nothing less. It is not easy to have self-control, especially if you have either everything or nothing.
Basically the people who rise to the top have heaps of pressures that blur self-control. Things like maintaining their position are accompanied by all kinds of fear and paranoia that adversely affects their objectivity.
On the other end of the spectrum, people will do remarkable things to get things they want, or need, this desire also adversely affects objectivity. You do crazy shit to get stuff and you do crazy shit to keep stuff. This rule basically encompasses everyone, we are pretty much all subject to it.
It is all ultimately about attachment, usually culturally conditioned attachment. I don’t think governments, the elite or anyone is denying us the information we need to keep these attachments in check, the problem is that each of us tend to be unwilling to embrace the wisdom that is available to help us do this.
But what can governments do? They can force us to learn it, then they are chastised for interfering with freedom, or they can let us do what we want and hope we find and embrace the knowledge on our own, then they are chastised for doing nothing to curb the chaos of human desire.
Generally the elite have gained their position from humans submitting to these desires, so they have great interest in keeping this wisdom out of mainstream circulation, fortunately for them they own most mainstream media and can filter it in a way that perpetuates ignorance for self-control techniques.
The elite are seeing a trade off, they can help educate the masses and their materialistic edge will dwindle, but the world will be much better off, OR they can be all business as usual and continue to dominate us by our weakness, exploit our irrational compulsions to fuel their comfort and excess.

@trek79, i agree that psychopathy does not imply stupidity.

I don’t think there is necessarily some secret body of elites that have a secret agenda. Just that we all get caught up in our comfortable distractions and don’t want to think about the real world because it’s so overwhelming.
This seems relevant to the topic http://publiclyme.com/comfortable-distractions/
