|| Ladies and Gentleman! Good Morning! My name is Sandy, and I welcome you to Women’s Perspective Wednesday. Our gentleman warrior has been so kind as to welcome me into his realm to share my perspective with all of you. I will be sharing bits of wisdom regarding many topics such as relationships, honor, integrity, character and all that nurtures our warrior spirit. Please be welcome here ~ Sandy

We nurture our warrior spirit. Inside each one of us sits a great warrior. It is a personal choice whether or not we are going to cultivate this aspect of ourselves. For some of us it is our destiny and we are called to do so. Choosing to walk the path of the warrior is not an easy road as you will fight many battles for long streams of time without a break. These battles my friends, are of the most difficult and it takes a very brave soul to continue the warrior’s path.

We carry our enemy with us everywhere we go, this is why we rarely if ever let our guard down. These enemies have names and they are all inside you, they are called the ego, the judge, the victim. These are all roles that are played out inside our mind that act like parasites and drain us of our energy. They influence our emotions thus it becomes harder for us to find the energy to nurture our warrior. Nurturing our warrior and killing this parasite takes a strong will and there are several ways in which this parasite can be destroyed. One is to completely cut the parasite off from any self defeating thoughts, self criticism and self pity.

Another is to avoid really taking in the opinions of others and trust yourself. This is easier said than done, remember that you know your path and others may not so be kind to others of course but do not allow them to influence you. Another is to always forgive yourself when you make a mistake. If you let your internal judge get to you , just realize it , forgive yourself , know that mistakes make you a stronger warrior and continue on your path with great clarity always holding your vigilance, always nurturing the warrior and finding new ways to continue to do so.

I now give you all a warm welcome to comment. What are some ways that you great gentleman and honorable ladies nurture your warrior spirit? Sandy ||
