You are obviously to lazy to read the website. When you come across something that may possibly be the truth about life , it will not take 10 minutes of reading to convince yourself. It will take hours , days , and weeks to convince yourself what is written there is truth.

If what you believe is true, then why have other religions been developed and practiced centuries before this one? And why has a “false Christianity” become rampant?

Because of worldly riches and power. If you study the history of the catholic church you will realize for yourself it was not for the benefit of humanity. But for the benefit of man in controlling the masses.

Your web page says that the only purpose in life is spiritual progress and that “to accomplish that you must first seek the truth , find it …” so I’m confused because step one requires that one must first SEEK THE TRUTH.
It is obvious to me that you are playing the hypocrite because you never sought the truth, you merely accepted a belief system that is an end unto itself. You are in effect insulting all the real truth seekers who spend years of their lives studying , listening, and observing all that is. They keep an open mind, they compare, contrast, and eventually discover truths thread as it weaves its way through all the religions of the world, through philosophy and science and metaphysics. They listen to all who claim to know the truth.
They filter through what they’re learning looking for contradiction. Those who have some knowledge of the truth know would not try to convince any one. They will know that truth heard from without can always be confirmed from within. Complete your stated step one and then you may find the truth on your own!

If you read what is on that website you will find out that what is written there is truth.

You yourself are the hypocrite , if you had an open mind you would take the opportunity given to you to read what is in the website and come to the conclusion that what is written there is the TRUTH. You cannot read the first line and then just throw it out. Take the time to read the site. Don’t be a skeptical fool. Because everything you stated is exactly what the author of the website went through. He studied , listened , and observed , compared and contrasted. He did the work. You have it easy , all you need to do is read the WHOLE thing , not just the first line.

Excuse me, why should I read Raphael Reys website. I’m familiar enough with what he is saying. He wrote a book over 15 yrs ago. His information is outdated as are so many of the “spiritual teachers” that flourished after 1980. He didn’t reveal anything that hadn’t already be revealed by others who explained things a lot better than Rey. He tried to blend metaphysical knowledge that was commonly known by many at that time. He just flavored his version with biblical undertones, hoping it would appeal to the increasing number of Christians who were leaving the church. He tells people to seek the truth, then proceeds to tell them where not to find it. He uses fear (big red flag) warnings about all the evil doers out there that will lead you to stray from the true god. Then goes on to explain that the truth is right here. (so you really don’t need to seek the truth yourself, he will tell it all to you for $40) He doesn’t encourage people to look other places. I’m not saying that there is no truth in his book, I’m not saying that he isn’t sincere about his ideas. But why would someone want to pay his price for a limited understanding of truth that is cloaked in religious dogma, when they can find a better written and a more complete, clear and concise understanding of the nature of reality at no cost whatsoever. If you’re finding what you want to find in his work, Then good for you! Better to have some idea of the true nature of reality than none at all. He speaks to you in terms you understand. I can assure you there’s more to come, just not from Raphael.

How can you say I can find a better written and more complete , clear and concise understanding of the nature of reality if you haven’t even read what’s in the website. That makes absolutely no sense.

Your making the assumption that I could not have read what’s on this website because if I had I would have immediately trashed everything that I have read, heard, saw or otherwise experienced from the time I began “seeking” of what you think of as the truth. You must be very young and /or extremely naïve to think that what I would read here has to be greater than what I have learned else ware. Have you read all the websites that I have been to or all the books I have read because the Internet would not even exist for the next 20 years. NO, you have not. Therefore, until you do, you will have no recourse when you find that I am not impressed by Raphael’s ideas about the truth.
I read enough of his book when it was first published to know that his view of the truth was limited at best. Moreover, filled with indicators of what you would call a false prophet. I prefer not to judge him as such. Your false prophets are simply sincere individuals who received bad information. I actually did review the site just to refresh my memory as to what had caused me to reject his ideas when I was first exposed to them. If you ever do decide to really seek the truth, you will learn how to recognize the difference between someone who is teaching something that contains the truth to some degree and you will learn to recognize the “red flags” that indicate a lot of bullshit with bits and pieces of truth or what sound like it might be truth. I read enough of his website to make an educated assessment of it is content There is nothing on the website that is not in the book.
I have spent the last 30 years reading all sorts of books. Books about the religions of the world, and the scriptures they were founded on. I wasn’t looking to buy into any thing, I merely wanted to explore whatever someone or otherworldly one was try to sell as the the truth about our reality. Aside from the religious views, I studied any thing I could find of a metaphysical nature, the supernatural, paranormal, parapsychology, and the mystical, or spiritual views, like your Raphael, who enjoyed his 15 minutes of fame and then fizzled out because he insisted on using a fundamentalist format for presenting what he had learned. His website is just an extremely long advertisement to sell his overpriced book.
You will have to continue exploring if you expect to get closer to an understanding of reality, one that is cross cultural, and applies to all people regardless of their adherence to a particular religion or no religion. Your exploration of Raphael’s work is not the end of the road to destination truth. It is one more step in that direction. If it was the truth that mankind has been searching for, don’t you think there would be millions of people out spreading the word. How many do you know? The reason Christianity is losing adherents is because it doesn’t’ satisfactorily answer all the questions. That is the same reason Raphael hasn’t become a worldwide movement.
Do you really think that your experience is unique? The pathway to the ultimate truth is one doorway to the next. How many of those doorways have you entered and found what you believe to be the final answer. You have gone through one of those doors and you are certain that you have found the answer that everyone is wanting. No one is telling you that you can’t stay. The majority of seekers do just that. They have found a place, and they believe in their find just a fervently as you believe in yours. I have had extended stays in a few of these places myself. Eventually I would realize that each of those places wasn’t “the one”, so I move on down the path, wanting to check out what lay behind all the doors. I knew I was free to return to any one at any time. I also learned how to avoid getting drawn in to deeply. I do not believe you are actually interested in finding truth. It is more likely that you where looking for someone who to some degree conforms to the beliefs you already hold. You are free to choose to believe what ever you like.
Do you really believe that you can find the whole truth, which would have to apply to the non-physical realms, or spirit world, without first entering that world. As long as we inhabit this 3 dimensional, world we are limited to perceptions that our “physical brain” can conceive. It is not designed nor built with the capacity to form concepts of a non-physical reality. It is design to function within the confines of time and space and the laws that are inherent to physical systems. We can talk about the afterlife environment, we can know things about it, the same way Raphael knows but has misinterpreted. We can learn that time does not exist in the non-physical realm. Nevertheless, not one of the 7 billion brains on earth, including yours and mine, is capable of fully comprehending existence in a timeless environment. It’s possible to get a taste of it if we have an out of body experience such as what occurs during astral projection, lucid dreaming, or a near death experience. Nevertheless, what we comprehended during that experience becomes unexplainable once we get back in sync with the brain.
Do you think that the teachings of Raphael would appeal to Islamic peoples, what about the atheists. What will become of them in the reality he describes? Let’s take a brief look at what he teaches on his website. Providing I can endure the pain of have to read such utter nonsense. From the excerpt on God’s Plan of salvation. My critique will be within parentheses)

If I teach truth, it is such only in the minds of those who are prepared to receive it.
(And that is what he has been doing, preparing you. He is not telling you to seek and find the truth any more; he has prepared you to stay right where you are. He also begins this whole section by saying “If” I teach the truth …It infers that there is a possibility that what he is teaching is not the truth)
It is not the so-called “truth” of this world
(Then I want nothing to do with it because this is the world I live and any actual truth will be of this world, any potential afterlife world, and any of the other worlds that no doubt exist in this vast universe. Truth)
Or of its “religions”
(Assuming that there is no truth to be found in any religion. Do you think he bothered to read their websites.)?
Or rulers, who are far from being knowledgeable of the truth.
(Another assumption. It’s a big red flag. He purposely uses the term “rulers” for the same reason the irrational conspiracy theorist use it to turn the “people” YOU elected to leadership roles into rulers and what do rulers want to do? What else…)
They want only to control, manipulate, exploit, and rule you.
(Oh really. Every last one of the 5000+ politically elected officials are actually evil men and women who want only to control, manipulate, exploit and rule over us. In addition, every one of them manages to get past every investigation initiated by their opponents, the press, the FBI and all of us obviously stupid citizens. But here comes Raphael to the rescue to enlighten us all and lead us to salvation)
They are not interested in truth. They are interested only in wealth and power.
(Here he is judging all of our elected leaders based on the behavior of relative few.
Red Flag: he does not speak in term that express the loving and forgiving heart of that is at the core of Christ’s teachings. Maybe his does somewhere on the site. If he were a true prophet then he would be stressing the values of unconditional love, gratitude, and forgiveness instead of judgment. These core qualities lead to spiritual development.)
If they were interested in truth, they would surely have it because God has promised that if anyone seeks the truth he or she will find it. You can judge them by their actions.
(Yes wee can look at their actions to see if the a performing as the promise while campaigning for election. We did not vote them into office so that they would seek the truth. THAT IS NOT THEIR JOB. It’s clear that Raphael is more interested In finding fault in our elected leaders, He judges all of them falsely because of the relatively few who are corrupt. He Lies right to your face about their intentions, and makes false assumptions about their real interests.)
A good tree always brings forth good fruit, and an evil tree always brings forth evil fruit.
(His first slip up was starting with “If I teach the truth.” However, citing the good tree, good fruit/bad tree, bad/fruit analogy from the bible is one of those “open mouth, insert foot moments where he seals his fate as his own words defines what tree he is born from. Immediately following the statement that an evil tree always brings forth evil fruit” What kind of fruit comes spilling out of his mouth: Atheism inferring that atheists are evil which is such an ignorant and idiotic way of thinking, when the reality is that atheists are just as loving, kind and compassionate as anyone else. He the continues spewing his evil fruit basket filled with false religions, cults, false teachings, corrupt governments, war, poverty, disease, pollution, crime, immorality, liars, evil spiritual powers, and many other evils and evil-doers? There are so many evils in fact that it would take an entire chapter of this book to list them all. I would say he just brought forth a shitload of evil and then tells you to believe all this bullshit or you will be destroyed. That is another big Red Flag of falsity. Using fear to get you to accept his “truth” Any one working a spiritual pathway would run from this guy. Consider carefully Whether adopting or holing these negative belief will make you an optimistic, joyful person or see you maintain the emotions of fear, despair, depression, anger, doubt. What you believe is what you will perceive.

This is great information you’re sharing. It all makes sense and is very clear and logical. That’s what truth is about.

To encourage anyone else, you should read everything in full before having an opinion. Or else your opinion will not be valid. Aren’t we all on here to share information to gain from it ? Not argue.

I don’t know what happened to my comment but anyways…

This information is great. Everything makes sense and is so clear and logical.

To encourage others, you should read everything before you form a conclusion. Or else your opinion is not valid. Aren’t we all here to share information ? Not argue. You cannot put something down until you earnestly investigate it. There is a lot of information on that website that should inspire people to do so. Anything else is a lack of understanding and being intellectually lazy.

I think we do not need to define so hard our “God” or our Hell. All of this mystery is what keeps the world spinning ’round and humans keep curious to seek for more. If there is a too certain definition of these things, the church would lose lots of people that are expecting a different heaven/hell.

The reason that you claim to have found the truth is why I am posting. For what you may have found may be true to you in your eyes in your own journey in this life. Yet at the same time many others tend to have found truth also. Everyone has to travel their own journey in life spiritually and worldly. Everyone’s journey is going different and Truths will be different. I am Glad you may have found your truth in this life but always remember not everyone will see eye to eye with your journey, to each their own.
