The truth of life revealed

ThatWhichIs (@mrlight) 8 years, 9 months ago

This is the first three pages of a free online book called “The present” http://www.truthcontest.com/entries/the-present-universal-truth/

Charles Darwin revealed how evolution works, but not what it really means.

Evolution is no longer just a theory; it has been proven true beyond a reasonable doubt. The problem is, even people who believe evolution is true disassociate themselves from the process. They somehow skipped all the lower forms of animal life and just started out at the top of the evolutionary ladder.

The evidence says we evolved as life evolved.

Human beings did not just appear at the top of the evolutionary ladder to reap the benefits of those millions of years of evolution without having to live through it.

In other words, you were those other animals.

You had to be lower animals to be a human now. You lived as all the different animals in your evolutionary line. You lived through millions of years, and millions of lives and deaths to get to where you are now. That’s what Darwin’s book means.

In addition to the fossil evidence, the genetic code proves that all animals, including us, evolved from bacteria over the last 700 million years on earth.

In other words, you were a microbe, an insect, a fish, a dinosaur, an ape…

When all of the evidence (100%) says something happened, and there is no evidence (zero) that anything else could have happened, it is the truth beyond a reasonable doubt to honest, rational people.

We have come a very, very long way, but we have a little further to go. The next and last step in our evolution is learning and accepting the truth of life, and this includes acknowledging our true past.

The truth will free us from the animal world we all evolved from.
1
Immortality: “It is impossible to be conscious of being unconscious.”

It is not possible to be aware of being unconscious from your own perspective. You cannot be aware of not being aware. You can be less aware/conscious (sleep/coma), but not completely unconscious (dead), because time would stand still for you. A billion years could pass, and you would not know it.

How do you know you are dead? It is not possible to be aware of any gaps in life; it is continuous and never-ending from your own point of view.

Death and birth are a continuous event from your own perspective.

You will die physically, but you will be born into a new physical body. Being born happens, or you would not be here now. You were born into this life. It is what we know happens. There is no evidence anything else happens.

You are immortal; it is impossible to not be, because it is impossible to be conscious of being unconscious. Just that one sentence proves it. It is like these sentences: It is impossible for it to be light and dark at the same time, you cannot have your cake and eat it too. They are simple, but certain facts. The sentence “It is impossible to be conscious of being unconscious” is a simple and certain fact.

This revelation will change your life. Now you know where you come from and what you have been doing for about half a billion years (evolving). The next question is how does life work and what is next, and we can know that too.

People are trying to understand the universe independent of consciousness, and it is the most important factor in the equation.

The universe as it relates to conscious life can be understood now. It is the ultimate truth; the truth that will transform mankind and the world.

2

“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” FAB = -FBA

People do not realize what Isaac Newton’s third law of motion really means.

Everything is balanced. Everything physical (matter/energy) goes back and forth in balanced circles, cycles, or the equivalent. Birth-death, old-young, big-small, strong-weak, start-stop, up-down, rich-poor, beginning-end, fast-slow, hot-cold, pain-pleasure, win-lose, day-night, full-empty, high-low, in-out, success-failure, united-divided, give-receive, creation-destruction, on-off, positive-negative, etc.

Positive and negative forces moving in balance are the physical universe.

There are no exceptions to the laws of nature Newton revealed. They apply to all matter and energy. Human beings are matter and energy, thus you and all humans are governed by the same laws.

Luck: Good luck and bad luck are the balance in action and the way the balance most affects our lives. Luck is manifested on many levels. There is the day-to-day luck, from little things like getting a good parking space or a bad one, to big things, such as winning the lottery or finding out you have cancer. Then there is the long-term luck. You are lucky if you are born with good looks, money, health, talent and intelligence. You are unlucky if you are born unattractive, poor, sickly and without talent or intelligence. Most people are in between the extremes, but it does not matter, because we are immortal, and it will all balance out. Luck will move back and forth; everyone will get equal amounts of good and bad luck.

What goes around comes around. Everyone gets their turn.

Death is the great equalizer: If you are born with advantages, you can have more good times than bad times in your life, but when you die, you are reborn with disadvantages, and have more bad times than good times and vice versa. In the long run, no one has it better or worse than anyone else does, because life will always balance eventually. It is the known nature of the universe we live in.

If you flip a coin a thousand times, it will come up heads about half the time and tails about half the time. The odds of random events are predictable; this is why Las Vegas always makes a profit on gambling year after year. You can see the truth if you look at the big picture. You will see that disconnected random events are predictable, because of the balancing force.

This is why on the Fourth of July, 162 people will be killed in auto accidents, and every fourth, about the same amount are killed. An average of twelve auto accidents happen every minute; about six-thousand teenagers are killed in auto accidents every year in the US. About four million people are bitten by dogs.

Why is the number about the same every year?

Everything is determined, the beginning as well as the end, by forces over which we have no control. It is determined for insects as well as for the stars. Human beings, vegetables or cosmic dust; we all dance to a mysterious tune, intoned in the distance. Albert Einstein

Consequences: People may think, if everything is balanced, then it does not matter what you do. That is true, if you want to continue living in the savage animal realm. If you want to evolve past the animal realm, to a realm where there is no fear, pain or death, you have to learn and spread the truth of life. You have to live as a spiritual being. If you live like an animal, you will continue to be one.

The good news is, all of the best things are going to happen to you; the bad news is, so will all of the worst things, if you do not learn the truth.

@mrlight, I understand your description of physical reality, the concept of immortality and of evolution. However, although I also believe everything balances out, I see it as balancing out in a way beyond positive and negative. Having positive or negative occurrences happen in your life are a matter of your judgment of the occurrence. You can choose to see it positively or negatively. When this is realized, you can consciously choose wether to see the positive or negative (or both or neither) in everything. I liked the post though! I enjoyed the simplicity of the whole “you can not be conscious of being unconscious.”

@peaceriot, You jumped to a conclusion to quickly. Consciousness and spirit are the same thing. You body is just a very temporary container for your immortal consciousness/soul/spirit. You recycle until you free your consciousness from the animal nature of your body (sadness, hate, greed, anger, sex drive, ect) Here is more from the same book :
Your two selves: Most people are not aware of the fact that they have two different selves. You have a mind and a spirit (consciousness), and though they seem like one thing, they are separate. The way to realize that this is true is to realize that something has to be listening to the thoughts created by your mind.

What is it that hears your thoughts?

There is the part of you that thinks and the part that hears the thoughts. The thinking part is your mind; the part that hears the thoughts is your spiritual-self. You do not actually hear thoughts through your ears, because your mind is already inside your head. The point is, your spiritual-self receives the things the mind creates in a similar way to hearing them.

@dylmill This is the hardest part for most people to get. Everything physical has two sides, winter-summer, day-night ect. The point is, your physical lives are balanced in the same way that we have day-night, spring-autumn, winter-summer. You are 100% right in the sense that positives and negatives are subjective but the fact remains that what happens in our environement is balanced. In fact, as mentionned in the book, a fully evolved takes the two sides of life and see it as a whole. Positive and negative is just a name to give things contrast, they serve to name two things that are opposed.
You can read the full book for free on the link, it goes way deeper than what you read in the post.

@mrlight, I’m really curious as to what makes you think we are at the top of the evolutionary ladder??? The notion of a ladder leads to misconceptions, you should think of it as it is, a tree, and we are not on top just at the end of a branch. We did not evolve from every animal, we did not come from aardvarks, they are at the end of a whole different branch although we shared a common ancestor, the sea sponge. We came from primates. This misconception is why christians ask where is the evidence of a chicken/crocodile and Darwin would be ashamed to hear it called a ladder.

If anything I’d argue ants are “higher than us” on the evolutionary tree. They live on every continent, there’s more of them now than there have ever been humans, and they have more biomass than us. They communicate better and you would never be able to kill them all. They beat us in pretty much every aspect, whose to say we’re “higher” when we are raping our resources. That’s about as far as I made it in your post

@tlrlittle, It says ladder to emphasis the fact that species come from far and that your consciousness did not just appear out of a surprise box where our specie is currently at; you evolved into an homo sapien

And nowhere it is stated that we evolved from every other animal it says that we evovled from every animal from our evolutionary line, from the animals we come from (placoderm, Cynognathus, proconsul , ect.)It is actually stated in the book that no specie is superior to an other, we are only different because we have a rational mind that can think and reason. It says higher in the ladder context when comparing to our ancestors. You misinterpreted what is written.

@mrlight, So I tried reading farther, then you said this

In other words, you were a microbe, an insect, a fish, a dinosaur, an ape…
When all of the evidence (100%) says something happened, and there is no evidence (zero) that anything else could have happened

The evidence you are speaking of says we didn’t evolve from dinosaurs, but mammal like reptiles that predated on the dinosaurs. You are flat out lying as if it were a fact, this is what creationists love to hear

Taylor Little (71) (@tlrlittle) 8 years, 9 months ago ago

@mrlight Ok I see you did say our evolutionary line, and I realize it’s not vital to your point. Sorry for seeming like I’m attacking but please just be careful what you say. The creationists scare me

@mrlight, Thanks. I may have jumped to a conclusion but I did read your paragraphs in their entirety. Is it safe to say you were more focused on the physicality of human beings and their history of evolution?

It’s a great post man and I’m in no way saying your wrong. It is just simply my opinion that we should be focused on our true consciousness rather than our physical history. I might also be wrong for living that way too though.

Thanks for reading and responding to my reply.

Keep being a thinker. You will change things in a good way.

@tlrlittle,Keep reading: New and different revelations about life are not easy to accept. Do not let the things you disagree with stop you from reading further. Many of the things you do not agree with or understand when you first read them will make sense after you read more of the book. Do not skip around; it needs to be read in order to make sense. It is a small book that does not take much time to read. It is worth it. Click here: http://www.truthcontest.com/comments/ to see comments from people that have read it.

Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong. When they are presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted. It would create a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn’t fit in with the core belief.- Frantz Fanon

I know my stuff pretty well but I ask people to have an open mind and to read until the end to understand what is said in the book. You have nothing to lose the ball is in your camp.

@peaceriot, In order to know the truth of life we must include everything that concerns us. The book goes in detail in both spirituality and the physical reality. This post is just about the first three pages .Go ahead and read and it, you will learn a lot about how the spiritual and physical world works in synergy. There is no fairytale or myth, just what the evidences point out to.

@mrlight, I love that. Thanks for clarification on the importance of both.

I will assure you that I’m going to read that. I’m in the middle of studying for finals so it won’t be tonight. I am bookmarking the link for sure and I will read it when I get the chance. I’m also retracting my original comment shamelessly muhahaha

@mrlight, Your right in saying I have strong beliefs(scientific method), they keep my mind closed to lies(like creationists), and open to the truth. Those attacks I made were before I even made it to the idea of immortality though, I’m wasn’t fighting the idea because I was uncomfortable, just the facts that were terribly worded.

I just read the first three pages like you asked, but they go on to use a badly worded sentence as “proof” when they already lied to me about the dinosaurs. And then go on to disgrace Newton, but I struggled to keep reading to that third page. Then found the comments lol. Did you notice how biased these comments were, it’s not like you could just add a comment, it has to be approved. They don’t even have names, for all I know they could’ve been written by the author. Sorry, I’m going to stick to science.

As for immortality/reincarnation, I think your spirit evaporates into entropy and goes on to fuel the world.

@mrlight, Consider this;
You are conscious of your thoughts not being you but something you perceive,
You become aware of the difference between you and your thoughts,
You become aware of the feelings identifying yourself with your thoughts brings up
You become more conscious.

You forget about being aware of the difference between you and your thoughts;
But, persisting is acknowledgment of the feelings that are brought up when you identify yourself with your thoughts.

Consciously you are aware that something is amiss, the feelings tie you to a sensation of not being fully aware, but you are not in scope of fully thinking through the ties of these feelings and their meaning.

Is it still impossible to for a conscious being to be aware of being unconscious?

@mrlight, I have read your book, and also some of “The Present” (With Religion). Definitely found it an interesting read. Welcome to HE, I’m glad you’re here.

The foremost thought I had on my mind as I read it was “how was this truth revealed to you?”. I live my life with a totally open mind and hold only to beliefs that I gain through experience. So have you experienced much of what you wrote of?

This is some pretty interesting stuff but anything claiming “the ultimate truth” is usually wrong.

The tao that can be told
is not the eternal Tao.
The name that can be named
is not the eternal Name.

The unnamable is the eternally real.
Naming is the origin
of all particular things.

Free from desire, you realize the mystery.
Caught in desire, you see only the manifestations.

Yet mystery and manifestations
arise from the same source.
This source is called darkness.

Darkness within darkness.
The gateway to all understanding.
