I loved this.
I need to go make some list’s now! A list of all the things that i want to do but haven’t done because of the negative anxious thinkings about them, and another list of all the feelings and thoughts that i have a negative view about, so that i can change the way i mentally respond to them.
Life is brightening up already :)
