Thinking about God…

I think that God started as a person, but he developed his mind into a hole new level and he could create us just to test his own abilities of his mind and he keeps improving. But he had more time than us to do that.

Correct me or add more things to that statement. :D

“God” is an interchangeable term with consciousness or universe.

Think about it – there really can’t be NOTHING. Think about that for a second. Think about NOTHING existing. Can’t do it, can you? You’re probably thinking of pitch black, or a void of some sort. But blackness is a something. A void is a something.

The problem is…nothingness can’t exist. It’s just not possible. That’s why SOMETHING exists. That’s why we exist. It’s called consciousness. It’s called awareness. And out of that awareness/consciousness (which religions call “god”) come humans and all other conscious beings. Consciousness/awareness literally creates the brain – a medium through which it can experience itself. We are the result of consciousness.

Religion is simply an analogy for what I described above. Ancient people knew this, it’s just that it got translated into stories and anthropomorphized examples that some people apparently find easier to understand.
