Recently, I’ve been focused on eating well, removing harmful chemicals and unknowns from my diet, and finding the source of my food. More over, I’m concerned with putting the right foods into my body, and avoiding the toxic nonsense we are so readily provided. I have been searching for healthy alternatives when it comes to snacking and eating, and am looking to see if anyone has good, useful suggestions.
so, what do you do to eat well and maintain a healthy lifestyle? how do you avoid harmful foods and drinks? Any tips on how to help take a step in a positive direction are more than welcome!

Take a look at the Paleo diet or a variation on it. I went paleo almost 3 years ago and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. As with anything it is not for everyone, particularly vegetarians, but if you do eat meat, look into it. This is a great site to learn and get started with: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/#axzz2PXkhPROo
Wishing you health and peace.

@dotcom, do drugs, eat shitty food, be lazy, and enjoy your life. the last part especially.
@dotcom, if you remove gluten from your diet (pretty much anything with wheat in it) you’ll feel 1,000x better in almost every single way. Best decision of my life so far. So much more energy, organs feel great, and it’s allowed me to feel even better when active
