Hey my friends.
To whoever finds themselves on the same spiritual path that I am on:
I’ve been meditating for a little under 6 months now. I’ve found that a couple of my chakras are unbalanced. The most embarrassing one being being my throat chakra. I talk too much in school. I’ve also realized I’ve been asking waaaay too many questions in class and slowing things down, tho the answers to my questions were important to me; people get frustrated because my questions do not make sense to them.
I’ve found this link that explains chakras in a fantastic way that mostly anybody can understand how and why they work.
This writer also goes into detail about mass and energy. Really put things into perspective. Comment if you want. I’m just gonna leave the link below. I hope this was helpful to you in your journey.
@peaceriot, Thanks for the link! :D I’m not very educated about chakras, but it’s never too late to learn.
“I’ve also realized I’ve been asking waaaay too many questions in class…”
WHAT? How can you ask too many questions? Is there such a thing? I don’t believe it. Maybe, though, instead of slowing down the class, you can write the questions down and ask after class..or research them yourself. :) You can’t never question too much…
@peaceriot, hey that was a trip. i did the chakra spinning and i feel wild. it is amazing. everyone should try it.
i have been working with my chakras. that is seeing them and balancing them myself with breath for years now. but this spinning technique is something i didnt know.
learn something everyday!!!
great stuff and im gonna get up at dawn and do it, like you said. manana!
by the way ask all the questions you can. it helps the others who are too shy to ask.
and the other fast ones it gives them a review. and if they dont understand your questions it makes them question the subject matter even further. and afterall you are all there to learn!
@peaceriot, I won’t go into the chakra-stuff, because I really have no idea what this is about.
But I definitly know, that asking questions is a good thing, as long as the answers are really needed and you’re not just too lazy to really think about the problem. So keep questioning everything.
And good luck balancing your chakras!
