visual context question … how do i develop visualizing my subconscious ?

‘elo , i am not what you would call a visual person , i havent remembered a dream for years with few nightmarish exceptions , and i have never really evolved my artistic side by developing an {eye} for things ,

i hear many speak of wandering around their subconscious , <— this is something i am only now really becoming aware of, but , atm , i do not experience this part of me in a visual manner

when i access my subconscious i close my eyes and feel my brain start to flow into something chaotic and without any effort , what i am trying to say comes out exactly how i want it to ,

i want to understand more fully what i am doing here , i want to maybe? develop a visual representation , say , a circular library visual , to organize some important thoughts and concepts into a quick reference area ,

anyone have any thoughts , ideas , paths forward with this ?

Any activity that helps you discover what you associate concepts with….naming what pops into your head immediately after hearing a word. Creativity imo is this fearless random expression of whatever arises when you meditate on a concept. Sitting in meditation isn’t necessary but I think the more you practice that visuals will gradually come up. Are you an auditory or person or have a keen sense of smell or touch? You could use whatever sense most consumes you as a gateway to creating visuals… like imagine the smell of toothpaste and can you see yourself looking in the bathroom mirror? @tine

tbh, i havent really given much though to how i learn , at the moment how i chaotically come up with things is still kinda a mystery to me, so i guess, perhaps the first question to ask then would be, how do i figure out what kinda of person i am,
