I just finished replying to someone on HE about how to help oneself when the self-doubt and excess ego creep in our day. I told him that morning/evening even mid day routines to keep you grounded are important…so I want you to share with me what do you do first thing in the morning and/or in the evening…to keep yourself aligned and to remain connected to the higher existence and consciousness…whatever your version of that is.
I basically prepare for work and come home and mess around online.
So, with all do respect, there really is no quiet time in there for you is there? Do you find any use in just taking 5 min to sit still? I guess I wonder how you keep conscious, and I suppose that also requires an understanding of what consciousness means to you… (?)
er.. lulwut? quiet time is subjective. most in my society don’t meditate.
