Why do you think I work this way?
I could go without any chosen one forever, but I need one other…. Do they simply give the same reward? I wanna quit them, because it seems like I’m addicted to these.
Unhealthy food gives a feeling of goodness, it taste good and all people like good tasting food. The sugar and sodium in it can easily make you addicted through a learned habit or possibly just addicted to the sugar and sodium in it as your body has gotten used to the intake of it. Just wean yourself off of it, remember, everything is okay in moderation.
Porn, this is unhealthy, masturbation is healthy but porn is not, it objectifies women and makes them seem like they are only here for another’s sexual exploits, however try using your imagination instead of porn, masturbation keeps the heart healthy and if a male, keeps your prostate healthy. If female, some recent studies have thought often squeezing of the breasts reduced breast cancer. Masturbation also releases endorphins which make you feel good and it also releases stress.
Video games are a stimulant, they can also release endorphins I hear, but they entertain, excite, and create a realm that is different than your own, and guess what, you are generally the hero of it. Or somehow you are untouchable and in control.
My advice is try to wean yourself off unhealthy food until you only intake a little of it, wean yourself off porn and start using your imagination, and limit video game time. It will be frustrating but hey man/girl nothing worth doing is easy, it’ll probably take a few months, but don’t quit cold turkey, that’s a lot harder and don’t get discouraged.

Everyone has an addiction. Addictions manifest in many forms, and they’re different for everyone. Your addictions depend on your life circumstances, how you were raised, etc. But everyone has their vice. When you become stressed out or depressed or sad, you look for a reward or a way to make yourself feel better. These are your addictions.
Find new ways to reward yourself if you are unhappy with your current ways. Develop new habits. You can do this by repetition. Do something enough times and eventually it becomes habit. So focus on healthier ways to deal with your stress or whatever situations make you feel bad in your life.
