Would anything continue to exist?

Try to imagine your “self” separated from your past and from culture . Imagine yourself free to do whatever you wanted, without any barriers that are falsely created. Now what exists? What if you were not striving toward some impossible of idea of what reality should be like. What if you just took things for face value, what if there was no cultural standard upon which things were judged, but rather things were judged for what they really were. What if we saw truth. Its like light. What if we could really see the light and not just what it reflected. Really we never see anything . We just see reflections. Our mind never fully sees reality. It does not physically sit in our brain. Just a reflection of it. Our visual perceptions are a combination of reality and the light the shines. They cannot be seen apart from one another. Back on topic. What is real without underlying assumpitons. We all make fucking assumptions. What would be on our mind without them? How would we understand things? There would almost be a whole entire chunk of understanding or a whole lens that would be remove through which we filter encounters with strangers and all other situations, especially those that are new in the world. Would anything continue to exist? Everything is built upon assumption assumptions

It makes so much sense to be lost in your mind, because nothing is really real. Just illusions large groups try to pass as truth. To chill in the uncertainty is like all we can do man.

Well I suppose that’s what spiritual awakening is. Waking up by silencing the self and thus seeing truth.

I honestly believe with how corrupt this world has become, you can only free your spirit, as with society you cannot possibly free your physical body. But it you learn to feel things through your heart, you may find a way to change this. So in retrospect, we cannot remove assumption without completely changing society. So now i have a question for you.

How do you do that?

Yep. Got an entire post explaining this concept. What we perceive as “reality” is only one lens to which to view the world and universe. There are infinite lenses and so we do not know the true reality, per say.
