Yoga, Meditation, and Tai Chi Instruction

Since returning from Army basic training, I had a lot of random joint and back pain from the prolonged fatigued that training required. I started doing some basic yoga poses and routines, and found that it relieved a lot of tenseness and discomfort that I had been experiencing.

Anyways, in the past month since my return I’ve gotten really into it, performing my yoga routines from easiest to most challenging poses starting from the upper body, and working my way down.

I was wondering if any of you have some wisdom you could depart with in order to help me improve. I would also like information regarding Tai chi as a method of forming a mastery of my body and physical movements.

Thank you

@ehsan, I have been doing some qi gong excercises called ‘pal dan gum’.

It’s just 8 exercises and takes about 6 minutes each morning. I feel my hands and body pulsate when I do it.
