The bodies subtle energy can be influenced by the mind to a place in or around the body. This body/ mind connection is made clear in history as being a yogic practise. The goal of yoga is spiritual insight and perfect tranquility.
As energy/ attention influences your mind and body you must realise that you are in control and can direct your attention toward your body. If ever you feel lost in mind, just remind yourself of your tracks and follow them with love of the journey your creating. As your tracks are like the notice of your body, physically always there during life and the way is there and always has been, you just need to work to get somewhere.
The breath of life – the term means awareness of how the breath interacts with the body, also, how the word describes the flow of energy like the flow of breath with the body. We must let the mind interact without restriction too, only overcome any barriers and sort yourself out where needed. In yogic traditions, they follow certain universal rules.
I’ve been wanting to start doing yoga for so long now. I think about it everyday, but I keep putting it off, because I don’t know where to start. What do you suggest? Maybe a link I can start out with? I gotta stop putting this off XD
