You ever have this crazy strong feeling like something big is going to happen?

Kayla (@kayla147258) 8 years, 9 months ago

Something exciting, even if it’s destructive and chaotic.

@kayla147258, Every single day of my life. I constantly feel as if I am, we are, this all is on the cusp of something momentous. Good or bad, I don’t know. Probably both. It seems to always be both. I literally think about it every single day haha. Not in some paranoid end of the world type of feeling. But more of an anxiousness. You know the feeling you get when you’re on a rollercoaster, slowly inching backwards up the tracks…that knowingness that you’re about to drop. That’s how I feel. It’s humbling just to feel it haha

Kayla (68) (@kayla147258) 8 years, 9 months ago ago

@ojai, yess that’s exactly what I’m talking about.. I’ve been feeling it for about the past 3 years or so and it’s kind of getting to me because I guess I’m expecting something and nothing’s happening lol

@kayla147258, Haha is it making you want to jump out of your skin like it is me!?

[Hidden]
Kayla (68) (@kayla147258) 8 years, 9 months ago ago

@ojai, YES. lol And I just get these feelings of disappointment sometimes. It’s like when you’re little and you go with your parents into the store and you don’t get a candy bar this time. :p

@kayla147258, I understand perfectly hahaha I’m happy you posted this. This has always been on my mind too.

Yes, and then I get an erection.

Yes… Now this makes me wonder, though. I would really like to explore this further. Is it because we know that inside of each of us we have the potential to make something big happen? Or is it a feeling that has some external basis? Maybe we have made ourselves believe this over time through subtle conditioning? What do you guys think?

@kayla147258, @ojai,

And if I can be bold so as to presume: I don’t think it is that you are feeling so much of a sense that something big is going to happen….is that I think what you are feeling is the realization of the sheer enormity of the present moment

@kayla147258, I’ve been having this feeling for several months now and it is like this overwhelming feeling that something very important is about to happen. I can’t fell if it is good or bad, it is just this creeping sensation of enormity.

@adamd, I feel like this could be true and it kind of makes me sad because I expect something to happen. There is just this swell of energy and it makes me feel like whatever this event is, it will be on a much bigger scale than just this planet. It’s a very strange sensation but I would also like to know if perhaps I’ve accidentally conditioned myself into this feeling.

Yes. I do. I think a lot of us who are here feel this way.
And I agree with all that has been said here; I think it’s both internal and external.
But I’m not disappointed… because I feel like I’m gonna be a part of it. You know? Like it’s gonna happen soon.
But for me it’s not that destructive or cataclismic or anything; it’s just… a shift. In a way.
Do you know about the Valhalla movement?

@kayla147258,

consider the circumstances of your life and actions during these times and i think you’ll see why, you are experiencing an emotional high and it comes from somewhere, where?

Yes! before I have a panic attack and maniacal episodes! And then I turn into sublimation and reach for genius.

Sometimes, but I don’t necessarily trust my feelings. They can be quite strange and without reason.

@splashartist, @deepwithin, ill start off by saying when people make ignorant comments like the 2 guys I just tagged its annoying. People are trying to be sincere here about thoughts and feelings then assholes like u come along.

@kayla147258, I feel what your feeling sometimes. Most of it has to do with things that are real and measurable for me like the war on GMO foods and marijuana. I keep having feelings like ill one day here marijuana is finally legal or GMO foods are finally outlawed. Things that will created a huge shift in the world. But those feelings should spring you into action. Maybe something you have been putting off or a dream or passion you are scared to pursue. The universe is talking to you and you should figure out what it is that you should do to satisfy that feeling.

@kayla147258 I have this theory that because the availability and accessibility of information is increasing at an exponential rate, our brains are trying to catch up, and it’s like… holy mother, all of this crazy shit has to end or begin or pop or SOMETHING. So I totally feel you and have been feelin that for the past 2-3 years as well. I also think it maaaaay have something to do with disclosure in terms of an extraterrestrial presence. But then I ALSO feel like human consciousness is one whole entity, and we’re all starting to realize slowly but surely that if we’re all on the same page, we can make shit happen, beautiful, wonderful, euphoric shit.

Thanks for posting!

I guess its because i grew up in a place where trouble was always around the corner but when i feel that feeling i usually try to think of what’s the worse that can happen right now. I guess i do this as a defense mechanism to kind of like prepare for potential tragedies…for about the last year ive been really afraid of a nuclear attack on America. :(

[Hidden]
Anonymous (272) (@) 8 years, 9 months ago ago

@onlyicontrolme, The government tries to keep people afraid of nuclear attack. It’s called fear mongering (usually used for certain political purposes as defence budget). The fact of the matter, to the best of my knowledge, the only time it was used for war was when WE did it to Japan.

I wouldn’t focus on it.

I’ve recently been thinking this same thing. Every week now I have a dream that something bad happens, whether it be a natural disaster, foreign invasion, domestic invasion or even alien invasion. These dreams are really making me wonder though. They don’t feel like normal dreams, I feel they have a more powerful meaning than just my subconscious freaking me out.
