@matthesc, i’ve noticed that its the simple things that contribute to balance and calm.

breath, posture, smiling, and awareness of one’s own thoughts have been huge for me.

I remember viewing this when it was first released. Such a great talk! The mind and body’s relationship is more codependent than people think.
