Thanks for this. =) This is so true for me. The brief moment in which I experience thoughtlessness is followed by the thought, “Whoa I was just thoughtless for a second.” So the instant I realize I’m thoughtless, I’m no longer thoughtless. It’s so hard to maintain. Practice makes perfect though.
is this really how it is? I’ve been trying it and sometimes its hard, I’ve only had a few thoughtless moments. How do you keep them coming and how do you make them longer?
